Multiple Revenue Streams from Every Tower — AV Parking, Charging, Advertising, and More

Proven TECH

At Robotic Staging Systems (RSS), we’ve designed more than just an infrastructure product — we’ve created a complete, vertically integrated revenue engine. Unlike speculative start-ups or concepts still stuck in theory, RSS is grounded in two decades of engineering IP and operational history. Our technology is proven, low-maintenance, and cost-efficient, setting us apart in the urban mobility market.

Vertical Towers

Our advanced vertical towers are engineered for performance not just structurally (meeting seismic, wind, and snow codes) but economically. These towers are designed for reliability and long-term profitability, ensuring they meet the demands of urban mobility at scale.

Ownership Model

We don’t just sell towers we own and operate them. And we don’t just provide parking for AVs we intend to own and operate the Robo Taxi fleets that use them, building a fully integrated and recurring revenue model.

An Investment-Grade Business Model
with Proven Numbers

The Robotic Staging System (RSS) has engineered a highly profitable, fully integrated infrastructure solution for the autonomous vehicle (AV) economy. By building and operating vertical parking towers that serve as robotic staging hubs for Robo Taxis, RSS offers a business model that pays off its capital costs in Year 1 and continues to generate high-margin income for decades. This is not a speculative startup. Our IP is proven. Our costs are predictable. Our ROI is outstanding.

Example Feasibility Model

14-Car Robo Taxi Staging Tower –

Development Costs Estimate

Construction
14 Vehicle Pans @ $250,000 per pan = $3,500,000
Robo Taxi Fleet Acquisition
14 Robo Taxis @ $100,000 per vehicle
(Including autonomous driving / ride-share software)
= $1,400,000
Prime Urban Land Acquisition
600 sq/ft @ $1,000 per sq/ft
= $600,000
Management & Operational Setup
Corporate overheads, staffing, systems integration, approvals, insurance, AI integration, and operational establishment
= $2,000,000

Total Initial Investment
= $7,500,000

Revenue Forecast

Robo Taxi Revenue Model Assumptions:
• 14 Robo Taxis
• $50/hour gross revenue per vehicle
• 70% operational utilization
• 24-hour operational cycle
• 360 operational days per year

Revenue Calculation:
14 Robo Taxis x $50/hr x 24 hrs x70% utilization
= $11,760 per day
$11,760 x360 days

Annual Gross Revenue
 $4,233,600

Strategic Financial Position

This model demonstrates the exceptional economics possible through combining:
• Vertical staging infrastructure
• Robo Taxi fleet ownership
• Prime urban positioning
• High vehicle utilization rates
Unlike traditional parking assets, RSS infrastructure functions as an active revenue-generating mobility hub where vehicles continuously cycle between passenger service, charging, cleaning, and redeployment.
The result is:
✓ High recurring revenue potential
✓ Long-term urban infrastructure ownership
✓ Scalable deployment economics
✓ Strong operational leverage
✓ Exposure to the rapidly expanding autonomous mobility market

Feasibility Study: Base Case and Rotation Upside

The initial RSS feasibility model has been prepared on a conservative 14-car ownership basis, meaning the financial study assumes RSS owns and operates 14 Robo Taxis from one 14-pan vertical staging tower.
This base case does not rely on vehicle rotation beyond the 14 cars. It is designed to show a simple, conservative starting point for the first prototype tower.

Rotation Upside: Paying Off the Tower Faster

The true power of the RSS staging model is that the tower is not simply a static parking structure. It is a robotic turnover hub where cars rotate through charging, cleaning, diagnostics, and redeployment.
If each Robo Taxi spends approximately 8 hours per day inside the RSS tower being charged, cleaned, and serviced, then each parking pan can support:
24 hours ÷ 8 hours
= 3 vehicle cycles per day

Therefore:
14 parking pans × 3 vehicle cycles per day
= 42 Robo Taxis supported per day

Rotation Revenue Calculation42 Robo Taxis × $50/hr × 24 hrs × 70% utilization
= $35,280 per day

$35,280 × 360 days
= $12,700,800 annual gross revenue

(Figures are not proven, for discussion purposes only, noting scalability)
Strategic Investor Insight
The base feasibility study is intentionally conservative at 14 cars. However, the rotation model shows that the same 14-pan RSS tower has the potential to support approximately 42 Robo Taxis per day under an 8-hour charge, clean, and turnaround cycle.
This creates the potential for the tower and vehicle infrastructure to be paid off within the first year of operation, depending on final capital costs, operating costs, financing structure, and actual utilization.
For investors, this is the key distinction:
  • RSS is not only building a car parking tower.
  • RSS is building a high-throughput Robo Taxi staging system designed to maximize vehicle uptime, reduce downtime, and increase revenue from the same compact urban footprint.

Scalable Tower Design and Urban Deployment Strategy

One of the key advantages of the RSS system is its scalability. While the initial feasibility study is based on a compact 14-car staging tower, RSS towers can be custom designed and engineered to suit the operational requirements of each location, with tower capacities ranging from small urban installations through to larger systems capable of accommodating up to 32 vehicles.
This flexibility allows RSS to match infrastructure investment with market demand. High-density city centers may benefit from multiple strategically positioned towers, while transport hubs, airports, and major commercial districts may justify larger capacity installations.
Importantly, the RSS strategy is not necessarily to build the largest towers possible. Instead, multiple smaller towers positioned throughout a city can create a distributed staging network that places Robo Taxis closer to customers.

This approach delivers several important operational advantages:
• Reduced customer waiting times
• Faster vehicle response and dispatch
• Reduced dead travel mileage between trips
• Improved vehicle utilization rates
• Lower energy consumption per trip
• Increased ride capacity during peak demand periods
• Greater market coverage and service reliability

By positioning fleets closer to where demand occurs, RSS staging towers become an extension of the Robo Taxi operating system itself, ensuring vehicles are charged, cleaned, maintained, and ready for immediate deployment.
The result is a highly efficient urban mobility network capable of scaling from a single prototype tower to a city-wide infrastructure platform supporting thousands of Robo Taxis across multiple locations.

Why It Works:
A Vertical Business for a Horizontal Market Gap

Autonomous vehicles (AVs) are coming fast. But they can’t operate efficiently without a reliable place to park, charge, clean, and diagnose. Cities don’t have the space. Commercial parking models aren’t built for it and AV companies, while excellent at making vehicles, aren’t in the business of owning and managing parking real estate. RSS solves all of that. RSS has created more than a parking solution we've developed the backbone for the Robo Taxi economy.
Our business model combines:
Real infrastructure with hard asset value.
Fleet ownership of high-revenue autonomous vehicles.
Recurring income through 24/7 operation and minimal downtime.
Urban land leverage on compact, high-value footprints.
Full system control: from car dispatch to staging and servicing.

Needed: every autonomous fleet requires staging.

Revenue from Day One.
